How does it work?
Treatment is carried out using the market-leading German-manufactured Plasma technology device. The device discharges an arc of plasma – a form of energised gas – 1mm above the skin. The skin’s own healing processes begin to tighten the skin. Collagen and Elastin are produced which restore your skin’s elasticity and firmness to lift sagging or wrinkled areas.
Are results immediate?
Typically, you see results during the procedure and after 7 days your skin looks tighter and lifted. The skin continues to regenerate and firm for up to 12 weeks after the procedure with results lasting for up to 3 years. Depending on your age and skin’s healing ability, results may take longer than average to be seen.
Is it safe?
The Plasma Blast procedure is a very low risk procedure with minimal side effects. There is no injectable anaesthetic, no cutting, no stitching. A medical history is required before treatment to ensure further safety.
How many teatments will I need?
You will see improvements from the first treatment. For optimum results, you may need 2-3 treatments per area 3 month’s apart, depending on the amount of correction required. Results last for up to 3 years.
Is there any downtime?
You are likely to experience some short-term side effects during the initial skin healing process, which is typically the first 7 days after treatment. Swelling and inflammation for 1 – 5 days post-treatment is normal and to be expected. You may continue with your normal daily activities as normal, but you may not look your absolute best during the initial healing process (usually 3 to 7 days, depending on the areas treated and your skin’s healing abilities).
